1. Selection Considerations

Flow Rate Matching: The valve's rated flow rate must be ≥ 1.1–1.2 times the system's required flow rate (with a margin). 2. Installation Requirements
Before installation, please verify that the nominal pressure, nominal flow rate, and spool valve function meet the hydraulic system requirements. Installation points include:
The mounting plate and bracket must be flat, and the tightening force of the mounting screws must be even to prevent valve body twisting.
For multi-way valves with multiple valve sections, ensure the double-ended threaded rod is tightened to the specified torque (usually 95–120 N·m). Insufficient tightening torque will cause oil leakage between the valve sections.
When installing the external valve operating mechanism, ensure the spool valve moves freely without jamming, and prevent lateral forces on the valve core.
When installing on machinery subject to severe vibration, vibration damping measures should be taken.
Correctly connect the inlet (P), return (T), and all working ports (A/B). High-pressure oil must never enter through the return port to avoid damaging the valve body.
System piping should not be too thin or long to prevent increased pressure loss and system overheating.
If welding is performed close to the valve, prevent weld spatter from damaging the O-rings, dust rings, and exposed parts of the spool valve.

The working oil should be clean, with a filtration accuracy not exceeding 10 μm. The highest contamination level of the hydraulic fluid should be no less than ISO 4406 19/16, with a viscosity range of 10–400 mm²/s and a temperature range controlled between -20°C and +80°C.

Regularly check the oil level and cleanliness to prevent impurities from clogging the valve's orifices or gaps, causing jamming.
